The Station, a new session based on the Circuit Training method and consists of 4 to 6 stations, each of which corresponds to a muscle group. The session focuses on spending a specific amount of time at each stations, performing a specific number of reps at each station, or a mixture of both.

The Station allows you to work on both strength training and cardio simultaneously. It is the perfect combo workout for building muscle and torching body fat at the same time.

This 30-minute mobility class is a combination of multiple methods to:

  1. Lower-body station
  2. Upper-body station
  3. Core station
  4. Cardio station
